Hot and Sexy actress Mischa Barton was caught for DUI or known as Driver Under Influence at West Hollywood. Aside from DUI police also claimed the she was driving without a valid license. From incident she was bail for $10,000.

Drving Under Influence seems a very popular case among hot woman in hollywood. I don't know why but it seems like DUI is somewhat easy to avoid.
that's the problem with some celebrities, they think they can slip from authorities' hands.
